Pricing
A platform fee banded by legal entity, because that is what the work
actually scales with — a second entity means intercompany, translation and a second
calendar, none of which a seat count predicts. Then a licence for the people who do the
work, a cheaper one for the people who review it, and nothing at all for the people who
read the result.

Licences
Three classes, decided by what a role can actually do in the product rather
than by a price list. The mapping is checked against the capability model by a test, so a
role added later cannot quietly become free — or unsellable.
| Licence | Per month | Roles | Why |
| PractitionerImports populations, runs the analysis, works investigations, publishes. |
$89 |
owner, controller, preparer |
The people doing the close. Priced between the cheapest close tools and the enterprise suites, because this is the seat that does the work. |
| ReviewerApproves analysis, verifies a benefit claim, reads evidence. Cannot prepare. |
$39 |
reviewer |
A preparer cannot approve their own work, so a review needs a second person. Charging full price for that person is charging for the control, and a control with a price gets cut. |
| ReaderReads published reports and the evidence behind them. Unlimited, on every plan. |
free |
admin, contributor, viewer, auditor |
A report nobody can read is not published, and an auditor who has to be licensed gets a PDF instead of a record they can replay. Administering a tenant is free for the same reason: the admin role deliberately carries no financial read, so a fee for it is a fee for a safety property. |
Add-ons
Priced per tenant, not per seat, and switched on independently. Each one is
a part of the engine that already exists; nothing here is a roadmap item with a price
against it.

Measure → Compare → Value a lever |
$400 |
Days metrics and the cash conversion cycle, each component carrying its own state so a blocked metric stays blocked rather than being averaged away, with lever valuation. |
| Receivables
Age → Prioritise → Pack → Resolve |
$500 |
Ageing against the agreed due date, collection prioritisation on exposure and evidence readiness, dispute packets and short-payment investigation. Scores invoices, never customers. |
| Payables controls
Match → Check → Review → Release |
$600 |
Three-way match, duplicate candidates, supplier bank-detail change review, segregation of duties and payment readiness. |
| Forecast
Vintage → Compare → Bridge → Own |
$400 |
Accuracy of a forecast against outturn by vintage, and a change bridge between two vintages with an owner against the revision. |
| Realized-value register
Claim → Baseline → Implement → Verify |
$350 |
Benefit claims tied to the action and the underlying event, deduplicated so one movement of money funds one claim, costs deducted before anything is counted, baselines agreed in advance. |
| Connectors
Configure → Sync → Prove coverage |
$450 |
File-drop and REST ingestion with sync windows, coverage gaps reported rather than inferred, and control totals taken from outside each file. |
What this comes to
Two configurations priced end to end, on the monthly
term. Computed by the same function that prices an order, so these cannot drift from what
you would actually be charged.

Common questions
- Why a platform fee instead of pricing purely per user?
- Because the work scales with legal entities rather than with people. A three-entity
group with four users needs intercompany elimination, translation at named rates and
comparability across two calendars; a single entity with four users needs none of it.
Charging both the same undercharges exactly the customers who need the product most.
- Are readers really free?
- Yes, unlimited, on every plan. A report nobody can read is not published, and an
auditor who has to be licensed gets a PDF instead of a record they can replay. The admin
role is free for a related reason: it deliberately carries no financial read at all, so
charging for it would be charging for a safety property.
- What happens at renewal?
- The catalogue is versioned like a calculation convention. An order names the version it
was priced against, and that version keeps pricing it for the term signed. There is no
automatic annual uplift written into the contract.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Create it without a card or a sales call. It includes one
entity, two users and five stored analysis runs a month. Bank connections and AI are
unavailable, so a free workspace cannot incur usage cost.
- What is not included at any price?
- Posting journals, moving money and approving anything. Valcenra computes and drafts; it
is read-only against your ledger by design, and that is not a tier.
