Valcenra is sold as a subscription by Valcenra, LLC. You can cancel at any time from inside the product, and the rules below are the ones in our terms of service.

Cancelling

• Cancel at any time, from inside the product. You do not need to email anyone or take a call.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
• The Free plan costs nothing.

Refunds and credits

Subscriptions: cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period; no refunds or credits, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

If we change prices or terms and you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect, and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

If the law of your country gives you a right

Write to us using the contact page, from the account owner's address, with the date and amount of the charge, and say which right you are relying on.

Your data

You can export everything before or after you cancel, at no charge. After cancellation your records are kept for 30 days, so an account closed by mistake can be reinstated, and then deleted from the live database as set out in the privacy policy.
